I am not sure how to put this clearly so it is useful to you, but during the last 13 years my wife and myself have visited and had worked with all kinds of counselors, therapists, coaches, etc.; When Nancy told me to go and see you because she read from you in some forum in Shanghai and read some news about you, all I could think on my head was in the song "another one bites the dust" (sorry about that), but quite frankly I have never seen someone like you before, nor have we had massive results in the way we did with you. It was really impressive. It was fast. It is really working for us.

It is the first time (really, the first time) in all these years of marriage that we have been able to sit down by ourselves and talk about some disagreement without screaming at each other. Even our kids are surprised.
